AsiaExpress money transfers
The AsiaExpress money transfer system was developed by Asia-Invest Bank (JSC) in 2006 and allows you to transfer funds of individuals without opening an account between Russia and Uzbekistan.
The total amount of transfers of an individual resident/non-resident of the Russian Federation without opening a bank account within one month should not exceed the equivalent of USD 10,000. Determined using the official exchange rates of foreign currencies to the ruble set by the Bank of Russia as of the date of the transfer.

The transfer can be sent in the mobile applications "World of Privileges", "Aka Pay", "SalamPay", in Asia-Invest Bank, by submitting the necessary documents for sending a money transfer. An employee of the sender's bank issues a transfer control number to the Sender.
To send a transfer, you must submit an identity document, migration card (if you are a foreign citizen) and the recipient's data.
The Transfer Control Number consists of 11 characters (12345678901).
You can send a money transfer via the AsiaExpress system in Asia-Invest Bank. And also money transfer can be made in the mobile applications "World of Privileges", "Aka Pay", "SalamPay".
The term of delivery of funds to the recipient through the AsiaExpress system is a few seconds after the Sender receives the Transfer Control Number.
The sender applies to the bank branch where the transfer was sent with an application to change the Recipient's data.
During a calendar month, individuals have the right to transfer abroad through companies providing money transfer services without opening an account, an amount not exceeding 10,000 US dollars or its equivalent in another currency.
You can receive the transfer at the branches of the participant banks of the system by providing the Transfer Control Number and an identity document of the Recipient. You can view which branch is closer to you on the AsiaExpress Points map. Additionally, in the Milliy mobile application (NBU). Please note that receiving transfers in Russia is only possible in rubles.
